Yamberzal Agro Fresh Private Limited is based in the I G C at Lassipora, Pulwama. Our spot is in the 192301 area, which is a busy place for anyone doing business in the valley. We handle a lot of the fruit that comes from the local orchards. It isn't a quiet office job. Most days there is a lot of shouting to get trucks parked and crates moved. We aren't some polished corporate entity. We are just a group of people from the Pulwama area who know a bit about farming and storage. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or mission statements because there is too much work to do. The industrial growth center is a good place for us because it keeps us close to the action. We deal with fresh stuff, so we can't afford to be slow or lazy. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when the harvest is in full swing, but we always find a way to get it done. No one here wears a tie or cares about being corporate. We just care about the produce being handled right. It is a tough business with the cold weather and the transport issues we sometimes face. We just keep our heads down and keep moving. That is the only way to survive in this industry in Jammu & Kashmir. We have been here for a while and just want to keep things going.
