We are located on Amar Singh College Lane in the Gogji Bagh area of Srinagar. It is a nice part of the city, and we have been operating here for some time now. The weather in Srinagar can be quite cold, so we spend a lot of time making sure the building stays warm enough for the students during the winter months. When the sun is out, the whole area looks very different. Our college is a place where young people come after they finish their regular schooling. It’s not a massive campus, just a focused space with rooms for lectures and a bit of space for the staff. We deal with all sorts of administrative tasks every day, from checking attendance to organizing the library. The lane we are on can get quite busy with traffic, but inside it is generally peaceful enough for study. Most of the people working here are from around Srinagar, so we understand the local way of doing things. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a heater breaks, we fix it. If the students need more books, we try to get them. It is a straightforward place to come and learn. We appreciate being in such a well-known part of the city like Gogji Bagh.
