Our place is located in Bishambar Ngr, which is a pretty quiet part of Srinagar compared to the big markets. Bartion Institute Of Mgt & Tech is basically just a few rooms where we have some computers and books set up for people to use. We focus on management and tech stuff because that’s what a lot of people seem to be looking for these days. I remember when we first moved in, we had to carry all the heavy wooden desks up the stairs ourselves. It was a lot of hard work. The building is solid, though it could probably use a fresh coat of paint one of these days. We don't really do the whole corporate thing here. It’s just us and the students. We talk about the lessons, and sometimes we just talk about what’s happening in the city. There is a small tea stall just around the corner that we go to during our breaks. It’s nice to get some fresh air for a minute. We have some older computers that still work perfectly fine for what we need. People come here from different parts of Srinagar because the bus stops right nearby. We don't have any grand plans to expand or anything like that. We just want to keep things running smoothly and help whoever walks through the door. Some days are busier than others, especially when exams are coming up soon.
