Sdrc Farmer Producer Company Limited is located over at Sita Ram Chy’s place in North Avkatra. It’s house number 01, so it’s pretty easy to spot once you get into the lane. We spend a lot of time there just sitting and going over the papers for the farm group. It’s a local operation, and most of us have known each other for years. We aren't looking to grow into some massive firm; we just want to handle the farming business for our small group here in the north. Sita Ram’s place is usually busy in the late afternoon when people come back from their work. We have a few desks and chairs, and the walls are mostly covered with calendars and notes about the seasons. It’s not a polished environment, just a real place where work happens. Sometimes we have to wait for people to arrive from the further fields, so there is a lot of waiting and chatting. We handle the seeds and the talk about the market prices without much drama. The everyday routine is what keeps us going. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything, just our own hands and the local knowledge of North Avkatra. It’s a simple setup, and we prefer it that way because it’s honest. Everyone knows where to find us if they need anything related to the producer company. We just take it one day at a time.
