Poshwun Farms Private Limited

We are located right on the Main Road in Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar. You look for Lane Number 7 and House Number 28, and that is where you will find us working. It’s a shared space, so the house is usually quite full of people and activity. We focus on farm management and keeping track of what is growing on our land. The office is really just a couple of rooms with some old wooden furniture and a few files. We have a lot of paper folders because we still like to keep things written down by hand. Outside, the road is always busy with cars and people walking to the local shops. It can be a bit noisy during the day, but we don't mind it much. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. We spend our mornings going over the plan for the day and talking to the people who work out on the land. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone has what they need for the week. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology, just the basic stuff to get by. Sometimes the heater doesn't work right in the winter, so we just wear extra layers while we sit at our desks. It’s a very grounded way to live and work. We aren't trying to be anything big or corporate, just a local farm business doing what we know how to do best.
