Niramish Restaurant

Our restaurant is located inside the Batra Hotel & Residences in Srinagar. We are near Durganath, which is a well-known landmark around here in the 190001 area. Since we are part of the hotel, we see a mix of people staying upstairs and locals who just walk in from the street. The kitchen stays pretty busy because we have to be ready for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is a quiet spot compared to some of the busier markets in town. We focus on vegetarian food, which is what the name Niramish is all about. We don't have a lot of flashy decor or a complicated setup. The chairs and tables are simple, and we try to keep the windows clean so you can see outside. Winter months get quite cold in Srinagar, so we spend a lot of time making sure the place feels warm enough. We get our supplies from the local markets when the weather allows. It is not a massive team here, just a group of people who know their jobs and do them every day. We don't promise anything revolutionary, just a meal in a clean room. It is a steady life running a restaurant in a hotel, and we just take it one day at a time. The routine keeps us focused on the work at hand.
