City Cafe & Restaurant

We are located in N B House on Exchange Road in Srinagar. If you are near the multi-storeyed SAD parking gate, you are basically right there. This restaurant has been part of the local scene for some time. We have a mix of cafe items and more substantial meals for lunch and dinner. The building is an older one, and we occupy a decent space on the ground level. It can get quite chilly here in the winter months, so we do our best with the heating. The decor is nothing fancy, just some wooden tables and chairs that have been around for a few years. We get a lot of people who are just passing through the 190001 area for work or shopping. We don't have a big team, just a few people in the kitchen and one or two out front serving. Sometimes it takes a little while for the food to come out if we have a sudden rush of customers. We don't use any fancy ordering systems, just paper and pen. It’s an honest place where you can get a hot meal without any trouble. We try to keep things clean and comfortable, but we aren't trying to be a high-end establishment. Most of our regulars like it that way. It’s just a place to eat and rest your legs for a bit before getting back to whatever you were doing. We stay open until the dinner crowd finishes up.
