Chicken Blast

We've been here at Town Square Mall in Gogji Bagh for a while now. Most people know us because we're right opposite Amar Singh College. You see a lot of students walking over after their classes or during breaks. Srinagar has its own pace, and here in Gogji Bagh, it feels like we are right in the middle of things. The mall gets busy on weekends, but on weekdays it is mostly the college crowd and people living around the area. We just focus on getting the food ready and making sure everything is clean. There is no big story behind the name or anything fancy. It is just a shop where you can get something to eat. Sometimes the weather gets cold and the mall feels like the best place to be. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. Most of the staff here live nearby so we walk to work or take a short ride. It's not a huge place, but it works for what it is. We try to keep things simple because that is what people expect when they come in. If you are ever near the college or shopping at the mall, you will find us easily. It is just one of those local spots where people hang out for a bit before moving on with their day. We don't do much advertising, we just open the doors and get to work.
