Multicuisine Spice Restaurant

Our restaurant is inside the Taj Mansion on Residency Road in Srinagar. We are located right across from the State Bank of India, near Lal Chowk. This is a very active part of the 190001 area, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and cars passing by. Being in the Taj Mansion gives us a bit of a traditional feel, but we are just a normal restaurant at the end of the day. We get all kinds of people coming in, from locals working in the banks nearby to tourists who are exploring the Residency Road area. Srinagar has its own unique rhythm and we try to stay in sync with it. The mornings are usually spent prepping the kitchen and making sure the dining area is ready for the first customers. It can get quite busy during the lunch hour because of our central location. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to serve food and keep the place running. Sometimes the weather in Srinagar makes things slow down, and other times the whole street is packed with people. We just take it as it comes. It's a simple setup in an old building, and we like being part of the daily life around Lal Chowk. If you are near the bank, you can't really miss where we are.
