Biolon Biologicals Private Limited is based in Ikhrajpora, Jawahar Nagar. That’s in Srinagar. We have our setup there and it’s where we spend all our time. Dealing with biologicals in a place like Srinagar means we have to deal with the weather and the local conditions quite a bit. The area is quite well known to anyone who lives here. We don’t have a fancy storefront with big glass windows. It’s more of a working space where we handle our daily business. Most of the people who work here are locals from the nearby streets. We’ve been in Jawahar Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy part of town but we have our own little corner where we stay productive. We aren't into big speeches or trying to look bigger than we are. We just do the work that needs doing. Whether it’s winter with the heavy snow or the nice summer days, we are here at our desks. We talk to our customers like they are our neighbors because many of them actually are. It’s a straightforward operation without any layers of management. We keep our records, handle the supplies, and make sure everything is going as it should. There is no corporate polish here. Just some desks, some basic equipment, and us.
