S.P.S Junior College

You can find S.P.S Junior College right on K.T Road in Kasibugga. It’s a very busy part of Srikakulam, and there is always something going on outside our doors. The college is a straightforward building where students come for their two years of intermediate study. Since we are on a main road, we hear the sounds of traffic all day—autos, lorries, and people shouting to each other. It’s a bit of a lively atmosphere, to say the least. Inside, the classrooms are filled with students who are usually pretty focused because these exams are a big deal for their future. We have a small staff room where we sit and drink our tea during the breaks. The building is a bit old, and the walls have seen a lot of student graffiti over the years, but it’s a sturdy place that serves its purpose. We don't have any grand entrance or fancy gardens; it's just the college right there on the road. Most of the kids come from the surrounding villages, arriving on the early morning buses and heading back before the sun goes down too far. It gets quite hot in this part of Andhra, so we keep the fans going as much as we can. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and we just keep doing what we do, teaching the lessons and helping the kids get through their teenage years. It’s a simple, practical place.
