We operate out of a basement in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-III. Being at number 259 means we see a lot of trucks and workers coming and going all day. It’s an industrial spot, so it’s noisy and dusty, but that’s just part of being here. Inside, the basement is filled with chairs, desks, and parts of tables waiting to be put together. It’s not a showroom with bright lights; it’s more like a workshop where things actually happen. We spend a lot of time moving heavy boxes and checking inventory. Sometimes it’s a bit dark down here, but we have plenty of lamps. The team is small, mostly just a few guys who know how to handle tools and move furniture without scratching it. We’ve been in Okhla for years and have seen businesses come and go. We just stay focused on what we have to do. The air can get a bit stuffy, so we leave the door open when the weather allows. It’s a straightforward business. We get orders, we find the pieces, and we get them ready. There isn't much fluff to it. People who come to see us usually know what they are looking for. We don't have a sales pitch. We just show them what we have in the stacks. It’s hard work, but it’s honest, and we like being in the heart of the industrial area. It keeps us grounded and focused on the tasks at hand.
