Working at I M over in Lajpat Nagar-Ii is always an experience because of how hectic Feroz Gandhi Road gets. Our spot at A-15 is right in the middle of all that energy. Some mornings I get here early just to have a bit of quiet before the crowds start showing up. It’s a small space, but we make it work. We’ve had to get creative with how we stack things and where we put the desk. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years, with new shops opening and others closing down, but we’re still here doing our thing. It isn’t always easy managing everything in such a busy area. Sometimes the delivery trucks can’t find a place to park, or the rain makes the street a bit of a mess, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there; we just want to do a decent job for the people who stop by. You’ll usually see one of us sitting near the front, probably drinking tea and looking at some paperwork. There’s a lot of back and forth with customers and suppliers throughout the day. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of notebooks and memory. It’s a bit old school, I guess, but it keeps us organized enough. We like the pace of life here even if it gets a bit loud.
