Our office is located in the Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate. We are on the first floor of the building at A 26/4. Hettich India is known for furniture hardware, specifically things like hinges, runners, and handles. Here in this office, we handle a lot of the logistical and administrative side of things for the region. It is a typical industrial area, so there is always a lot of heavy vehicles and large warehouses surrounding us. The building itself is very functional and straightforward. We have a small area where some of the fittings are displayed so that people can actually see how the mechanisms work in person. It isn't a retail shop where people buy a single screw, it's more of a place for builders and kitchen designers to come and talk about their projects. We have a decent-sized team working here. Some people are handling the incoming orders, while others are constantly talking to the factory or the various dealers we work with. It involves a lot of coordination to get things right. We try our best to keep the place organized, but with so many thousands of small hardware pieces, it can be a real challenge sometimes. We have been at this Mohan Estate location for a while now. It is a good spot for getting things shipped out to different parts of the city. We don't use much corporate speak. We just talk about the products.
