Roots International (Reflections)

Roots International, or what some people call Reflections, is located at 64 Hemkunt Colony. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being out on the main highway. We like it that way. You walk through the gate and it feels a bit more like a home than a business. We started this because we wanted a space that didn't feel like a cold office building. Inside, there’s usually a lot of stuff going on. We deal with various things, and the rooms are often filled with samples or boxes waiting to be sent out. The light in the morning is nice in the front room. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from answering the door to packing up orders. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks too much, or the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lane, but we manage. We aren’t interested in being some giant international corporation despite the name. We just want to do our work and go home at a decent hour. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep things organized, even if the shelves get a bit cluttered by Friday afternoon. It’s a decent place to spend the day.
