We have been operating from our space at C-15, Dayanand Colony for quite some time now. Lajpat Nagar-Iv is a busy place, and we are right in the middle of it, dealing with flooring and interior work every day. It is mostly just a few of us here managing the projects and talking to people who walk in. You will see a lot of floor samples and catalogs scattered around because we are always looking through them for something. We are not some big corporate firm with a polished office. It is more of a working space where we get things done. Sometimes the floor is dusty from the samples, and the phone does not stop ringing. We started Hitech Floors & Interiors because we knew how to do the actual manual work ourselves. If you are around Dayanand Colony, you might see us unloading a truck or checking on some wood pieces. We do not have a fancy mission statement or a marketing team. We just focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the materials are what the customer needs for their house. Most of our time is spent on the phone with suppliers or visiting different sites to see how the work is going. It is hard work and the days are long, but we like the practical side of it. We have stayed in this same spot for years and we like being part of the neighborhood.
