You’ll find us at 213 Bhangar Mohalla in Madanpur Khaddar, New Delhi. This part of the city is always buzzing with people and small businesses everywhere you look. India International House Ltd is tucked away here, and it’s a place that stays pretty busy from morning until late. The street outside is narrow, so there’s always a bit of a scramble when a delivery truck comes through. Inside, the space is packed with all sorts of things related to our work. We’ve got shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, mostly filled with samples and old records. It’s not a quiet place by any means; there’s always someone coming in or going out, and the noise from the mohalla is always there. We don't have a fancy reception desk, just a counter where we talk to people. The air gets a bit dusty with all the activity, but we’re used to it. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep the energy up. It feels more like a workshop or a busy store than a corporate office, but that’s just how things are in Madanpur Khaddar. We just focus on getting the international orders sorted and making sure everything is labeled right. It’s hard work and it gets messy, but we’ve been doing it this way for a long time.
