Our base is at 40/13 in Sector-1 of Pushp Vihar. It’s a quiet enough spot for an office, though we’re always thinking about the airport and the shops there. We handle the retail side of things for travelers. It’s a lot of coordinating what goes on the shelves and making sure the stores have what they need at the right time. You wouldn't think there’s so much work behind a simple shop at an airport, but there is. We’re constantly checking stock lists and talking to suppliers on the phone. The office here in Pushp Vihar is where the real planning happens. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working office with plenty of files, boxes, and computers. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby or commute from other parts of South Delhi. We don't do flashy advertising for ourselves because our work is really about the shops themselves. If the stores are running well and the travelers are happy, then we’re doing our job right. We’ve been at this for a while now. The coffee machine in the corner gets a lot of use, especially during the busy travel seasons when everyone is flying. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when shipments are delayed, but we just figure it out. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure travelers can find what they need when they’re waiting for a flight. It’s steady and it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
