We’ve been based out of Aya Nagar for a while now, specifically in Phase-4 at B-8/219. It’s a bit of a busy spot in New Delhi, but we’ve gotten used to the pace here. Sometimes finding the building can be a little tricky for people who haven't visited before because the lanes get a bit narrow around 110047, but once you’re inside East101, things are pretty straightforward. We mostly just focus on our daily work and trying to keep everything running smoothly. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up, with more shops and people moving in every year. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we spend our mornings and afternoons. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain starts and the roads get messy. We don't really do the whole corporate office vibe with glass walls or anything like that. It's more about having a reliable place to sit and get through the pile of tasks we have each day. Some days are noisier than others because of the traffic outside, but you just get used to it. We try to keep the coffee pot going and the fans running when the Delhi heat gets to be too much. It’s a real place with real people just doing their jobs without much fuss. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that.
