Dolphin Mart Limited

Dolphin Mart Limited is located at C-151 in Phase-I of the Okhla Industrial Area. It’s a big, busy zone with lots of trucks and warehouses. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. It’s a functional space, nothing too pretty to look at. We have a lot of stock coming in and out, so the ground floor is usually a bit chaotic with boxes. Upstairs we have some desk space where we handle the orders and the phones. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic outside and the general hustle of Okhla. We don't really have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. The staff here are good people, mostly locals who have been with us through thick and thin. We drink tea together in the afternoons and talk about our families. It’s a very human place to work. We don't pretend to be some high-tech giant. We are just a mart that manages its business from this corner of Delhi. The air can be a bit heavy with the city smog, but we keep the fans going. It’s a steady life. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in Phase-I, but we are still here at C-151, just doing what we do every single day.
