Aman Stores

Aman Stores is over in Lajpat Nagar 1, right in the middle of the A Block at Krishna Market. We are at Shop No 200, which is pretty close to Sharif Garment. If you’ve ever been to Lajpat Nagar, you know it’s a total maze of shoppers and vendors. Our store is just a regular place where we sell what we have on the shelves. It’s not some high-end boutique with soft music; it’s more about being practical and having things people actually need. We spend the day dealing with people asking for prices and checking out the items. It can get a bit tiring being on your feet all day, especially when the market is packed on the weekends. We have to keep an eye on everything because space is tight. The shop has been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the market change around us. Some shops close and new ones open, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s a lot of routine—opening the shutters, dusting the counters, and talking to the regulars. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when it’s quiet to grab a quick chai. We don't use any fancy words to describe ourselves because we are just a local shop in a busy market. We try to be helpful when someone walks in, but we aren't trying to push anything on anyone. It’s just us at Shop 200, making it work every day for the community.
