Kasmanda Unnat Krishi Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated in Patara Kalan, which is a village in the Sidhauli area of Sitapur. We are at Ayush Pandey’s place. This company is basically just a group of local farmers trying to make things work. We aren't business experts; we just know how to grow things. We decided to register as a company to help manage our harvests better and maybe get some decent prices. Sitapur is a good place for farming, but it's not easy. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather and the cost of everything we need. It’s a very simple office we have here. There aren't any fancy signs or big posters. Just some chairs and the records we keep. We try to be honest with each other and share whatever information we have. Sometimes we help a neighbor with their tractor, and sometimes they help us with the paperwork. It’s that kind of place. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some major corporation. We are just people from Patara Kalan. We work hard, we hope for rain, and we try to do right by our families. That’s really all there is to it. We aren't doing any big promotions. We just want to do our work and be left to it. If you need us, you know where to find us in the village. We stay focused on the fields.
