We are set up over here in Sitapur, specifically around Machrehetatewaripur at Dilipkumar’s place. It is a quiet spot mostly. Samprasiddhih Farmer Producer Company Limited is basically just us local folks coming together to handle our farming stuff in a more organized way. It gets pretty busy when the seasons change. We spend a lot of time talking about the crops and what needs to be done next in the fields. It isn't anything fancy. Just a bunch of farmers trying to figure out the best way to move our produce. Sometimes the weather doesn't help much, but we keep at it. Dilipkumar helps out with the coordination since he has the space there. We meet up, talk about the seeds, and look at the market prices. It’s a lot of manual work and paperwork that nobody really likes doing, but it has to happen. The village is small so everyone knows everyone else. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or anything like that. It's mostly just sitting around and planning things out. We focus on what's growing right now and how to get it to the right people. It takes a lot of time to get everything sorted, especially with the transport and all that. We just wanted a way to work together instead of everyone doing their own thing alone. It makes more sense this way when you have a lot of people involved in the same kind of work around Sitapur. It takes a lot of effort, but we manage.
