Usually, it is just a few of us sitting around at the address in Ambikapuram trying to plan out the next season. The area around Nepalapur is mostly about the land and the people who work it. We decided to get together and form this group to help with the farming business side of things. Sitapur is a good place for this kind of work, and being based at a known spot like Rameshwar Singh’s makes it easy for the local farmers to find us. We handle the paperwork and the coordination right there from the house and the small office space we have. It gets busy during harvest time, and there is always something that needs fixing or someone who needs to talk about their crops. We don't use any complicated systems. It is just simple talk and keeping track of what goes in and what comes out. People in this part of Uttar Pradesh know us as their neighbors first. We are just trying to do right by the land and the community here. It’s a lot of work but someone has to do it. We keep our boots on and get to it.
