We are located in Village and Post Ralamau, in the Mishrikh Tahsil of Sitapur. The company name is Lambardaaragro Farms Producer Company Limited, and we operate out of Vishesh Kumar Shukla’s place. It’s a typical rural setup here in 261403. We aren't trying to be some high-tech firm from the city. We are just a group of people from the village who work the land and wanted to organize ourselves a bit better. Being a producer company means we handle things as a group. It makes it easier when we need to buy seeds or talk to people at the local mandi. There’s always work to be done, whether it’s checking the irrigation or fixing a fence that broke. We don't have a big staff or a fancy office. Most of our days are spent outdoors or sitting in a simple room with a tea. It’s a lot of manual labor and worrying about the weather. We don't use big words or marketing talk because that’s not how we speak to each other. We just focus on the crops and making sure the business side of things stays legal and correct. It’s a slow life in some ways, but there is always something that needs attention. We just take it one day at a time and try to do our best by the land and our families. That is pretty much it for us.
