Vyavahare Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at At Post Wadod Chatha in the Sillod area. We operate out of Tryabak Raunba’s place, which is where we manage all our activities. Being a farmer producer company, we are very tied to the local land and the people around us. It’s not a corporate job; it’s more about being part of the community here in Sillod. We spend our days dealing with the realities of farming and getting products ready for market. There’s a lot of coordination involved, and sometimes things don’t go as planned, but we figure it out. We aren't some big city firm with a polished look. We wear regular clothes and work out of a simple building. Our main goal is just to keep the business going and help out where we can. It’s a lot of hands-on work, and we take it one day at a time. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We started this because we wanted to do something that made sense for our families and neighbors. It’s a humble way to make a living, but it feels good to be working for ourselves.
