Kisanshram Farmer Producer Company Limited is based over in Mangrul, which is part of the Sillod taluka. Our main spot is House No. 141, and that is where we do most of our organizing for the farm work. It’s a quiet area mostly, but we keep things running by talking to the farmers in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation; we are just local people from Mangrul trying to make the farming side of things a bit easier for ourselves and our neighbors. Sillod has a lot of good land, and we spend our days dealing with the usual stuff that comes with growing things and getting them ready for the market. You can find us at that house number if you’re passing through. Sometimes it gets a little crowded when everyone shows up at once to discuss the season, but we manage. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and our families putting in the time. The name Kisanshram really fits because it’s about the hard work the farmers put in every single day. We are just a small group trying to stay organized in this part of the world. It’s honest work, and we like being right there in the middle of the village where everything happens. It keeps us close to the ground and the people we know. We just take things as they come and try to keep the business going.
