Krushianuj Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated at Post Warod(Kh). We use Sahebrao Mirge’s place as our main spot for now. It is in the Sillod Taluka, which is a busy farming area. We are just a group of local farmers who decided to get together and make things official. Most of the time, we are out in the fields, not sitting in an office. Sahebrao is usually around if someone needs to sign something or ask a question about the company. We deal with all sorts of crops depending on the rain we get. The soil here is good, but you have to treat it right to get anything back. We do not have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just talk to our neighbors and work on the land. Sometimes we have to drive into town to get supplies, which takes up a lot of the day. The paperwork for the company can be a bit of a headache, but we manage to get it done on the weekends. It is a quiet life for the most part, except when it is time to harvest. Then everyone is working from dawn until it is dark. We share tools and advice whenever someone is struggling with their plot. Warod is a small place where everyone knows what you are planting. We are just trying to keep our farms going and make sure the company stays in good shape. It takes everything we have.
