Ganpat Dhormare’s place in Modha Bk is the heart of what we do. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the village of Modha Bk, which falls under the Sillod area. It’s a small place where everybody knows your name and what your father did for a living. We started this agro producer company because the farmers around here needed a way to organize things better. Most of our days are spent talking about seeds, weather, and the prices at the local market. The office is really just a room at the house where we keep our files and meet up. It’s not some big glass building. You’ll probably see some cows or farm tools nearby when you visit. Sillod can get quite hot, and the work is tiring, but there is a certain rhythm to it that we all like. We don't use big words or have complicated goals. We just want to make sure the crops from Modha Bk are handled properly and that the people growing them aren't left behind. There are always challenges, like when the pests get into the crops or the transport is late, but we figure it out as we go. It’s a practical life.
