Shri Sant Salaji Appa Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our little company, Shri Sant Salaji Appa Farmer Producer Company Limited, is based at Amol Balasaheb Bhatane’s place, House Number 42 in Bhatanwadi. It’s a small village and everyone knows everyone else. We started this because we saw that we could do better if we stopped trying to do everything alone. We are just a bunch of farmers who live nearby and grow things like grain and vegetables. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy office building. Most of our work happens out in the dirt and under the hot sun. When we need to talk business, we just sit down at Amol’s place and figure it out. It’s not always organized perfectly, and sometimes we argue about the best way to do things, but we are all neighbors and friends in the end. We care about our land and we want to make sure we get a decent price for all the sweat we put into it. We aren't trying to be fancy or sound like we know more than we do. We just know farming. If you come by Bhatanwadi, you’ll see us working the fields or moving bags of produce. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. We don’t use any corporate talk because that’s not how we live. We just speak plainly about our crops and our work. That’s really all there is to it. We hope to keep this going for many years to come.
