Kharshinge Shree Siddhanath Farmer Producer Company Limited is our name and we work out of Kharshinge village. Our office is located at Dattatraya Dilip Gharge’s place, which is House Number 422. This is in the Khatav Taluka. We are not a big corporation with fancy offices. We are just local people from this village who have come together. The house is a plain one, like any other in Kharshinge. We use one of the rooms to keep our records and hold our meetings. Most of our days are spent out in the sun, working the soil and checking on the crops. When the sun goes down, we might head over to House No. 422 to talk about what we need for the next week. Khatav is a place where you have to work hard to get a good harvest. We don't have any polished brochures or marketing teams. Our hands are usually dirty from the fields. We talk about the things that matter to us, like the price of fertilizer or the lack of rain. Dattatraya’s house is a comfortable place for us to gather because it feels natural. We don't feel the need to sound like businessmen from the city. We are farmers first. If someone wants to find us, they just need to come to Kharshinge and ask for the Gharge house. We are usually around somewhere, either in the house or nearby on the land. It’s a simple, honest way to live.
