Tejaswini Agrotech Producer Company Limited is located at Plot No. 116-B and 116-P, Gut No. 152. We are near Alok Nagar in the Satara Parisar area. This is where we do all our planning and coordination. We are a producer company, which means we are made up of farmers who want to work as a collective. Satara Parisar is a busy spot, and being here helps us stay in touch with what’s going on in the region. We don’t waste time on corporate polish or trying to look bigger than we are. Our focus is strictly on agrotech and farming. We spend our money on things that actually help the crops grow better. Most days, you won’t find us sitting in the office. We are usually out checking on the plots or talking to other members of the company. We help each other with things like getting seeds or finding a place to sell our harvest. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't have any professional writers to make us sound fancy, so we just tell the truth. It’s a lot of physical labor and worrying about the rain. But we feel better doing it together than doing it alone. We value being direct and honest with each other. We are just local people trying to make a decent living from the land. It’s a simple goal, but it keeps us very busy all year round.
