Prakritimitra Agro Producer Company Limited is located at Dudihal in the Babaleshwar taluk. We are operating out of Sachin Siddappa Balagondap’s place. It’s a small village setup. We are mostly focused on agro work and helping the local farmers get their stuff to market. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a house where we keep the books and meet up. Babaleshwar is a place where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We like it that way because it makes trust easier. We deal with seeds, fertilizers, and whatever else the guys need for the fields. Sometimes the roads to Dudihal get a bit rough in the monsoon, but we manage. We aren't doing this to get rich quick. It’s about making sure the farming community here has what they need. We talk to the elders and the young guys too. Everyone has a part to play. We spend a lot of time out in the dirt, checking on the plants. It’s a lot of walking. We don't use big words or have complicated plans. We just take it one day at a time. The weather dictates most of what we do. If it rains, we’re happy. If not, we figure something else out. That is just how life goes in our part of the world. We have been doing this for a while and we plan to stay.
