Started Yeoman Agronomic And Food Producer Company Limited out here in Waluth. Most of us around Tal Javali know how the weather works in Satara, sometimes it helps and sometimes it really doesn't. We operate out of House Number 72 in Ramwadi, which is Ramchandra Ganpat Galgale’s place. It isn't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. Just a spot where we can sit down and figure out what to do with the crops. We grow what we can and try to get it out to people who need food that actually tastes like it came from the ground. Life in the village moves at its own pace. Some days are just spent fixing fences or checking the water levels in the fields. We aren't trying to change the whole world overnight. It’s more about making sure the families here have a way to sell their harvest without getting cheated. Satara has good soil if you treat it right. We spend a lot of time talking to the other guys in Waluth about what seeds worked and what didn't last season. It’s hard work, and your hands stay dirty most of the week, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with the land. We don’t have a big marketing team. We just have our names and the work we do every day right here in the district.
