Our company is run out of House No. 1208 in Waghapurshinde Malwadi. Shri Jotirling Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited is really just a bunch of neighbors and local farmers coming together. We don’t have a big fancy office building; we just use the space we have in the village. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when we have our group meetings. There’s no corporate ladder here, just people who have known each other for years. We’re deep in the Malwadi area, so everyone knows where House 1208 is. We keep our records in simple files and try to make sure every farmer gets a fair shake. It’s hard work and the days are long, but doing it together makes it a bit easier for everyone in the community. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
