Shlokas Agro Private Limited is located at M No. 25/1 in Udtare, which is in the Wai taluka of Satara. Wai is a beautiful area, but farming here requires a lot of attention. We are a small private company, but we don't act like the big ones you see in the cities. Our roots are firmly in the local soil. The people working here are all from around Udtare or nearby villages. We spend our days dealing with the practical side of agriculture. There isn't any polished marketing talk here. We just discuss what needs to be planted, what needs to be harvested, and how we're going to get it to where it needs to go. Sometimes the logistics are a nightmare because the roads can be tricky or the transport isn't available when we need it. We have a small office where we handle the accounts, but most of the real work happens outside. We don't have a big staff of experts. We rely on what we've learned over the years from our parents and from our own mistakes. It’s a learning process every day. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to run a decent business that supports our local community. It’s about being honest and working hard even when the season is tough. We keep things straightforward because that’s the only way we know how to work with the land and each other.
