Our place is in Munjawadi, which is in the Phaltan taluka of Satara district. Shivjeet Agro was put together by a group of us who wanted to see our local produce go further. We handle both the farming side and the export side. It’s a lot to take on for a small group. We spend most of our time at the site in Munjawadi, getting things ready. Satara has some good land for agriculture, and Phaltan is a big part of that. We aren't a polished corporate entity. We're just local people who know how to grow things. Getting produce ready for export takes a lot of care. We have to be picky about what we send out. Sometimes the days are very long, especially when we have to meet a shipping deadline. We don't have a team of people to handle our public relations or anything. This is just a simple description of who we are. We work out of our village base because that's where the heart of the business is. It’s about more than just selling; it’s about making sure the farmers here get a good return for their sweat. We keep our operations straightforward and honest. Munjawadi is where it all happens for us. We are usually busy with the sorting or the packing. It’s hard work, but we are used to it. No big corporate secrets here.
