Satara Maha Farmer Producer Companylimited is based over in Pirwadi. We’re located at H No.18, P No.09, within the Sahayog Sahakari Grahnirman Sanstha. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s basically just a house in a local housing society where we handle our business. Anjani Baburao Kale is the one who helps keep things organized here. In Satara, farming is what most of us know, so forming a company felt like the next logical step to help everyone get better deals. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re just a bunch of neighbors working toward the same goal. The office is usually filled with the smell of tea and people talking about the latest market rates. We don't have fancy furniture or big screens. We just have some desks and a lot of commitment to the local farmers. Sometimes it’s a bit disorganized when everyone shows up at once, but we always figure it out. We handle everything from seeds to selling the final crops. It’s a lot of responsibility, but doing it together makes it feel less heavy. We’re just regular people from Satara trying to make the farming life a little more stable for our families and our friends in the area. It takes a lot of effort but we enjoy the chance to work with our friends every single day.
