Rayreshwar Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at house number 279 in Jakhangaon. This is Nandkishor Ganpat Shinde’s house and it’s where we get together. Jakhangaon is a quiet place and most of us here are just focused on our farms. We didn't start this to become some giant company. We just wanted to work together as a group of producers. Being at Post Jakhangaon means we are right in the middle of our community. You won't find any corporate people here. It's just us, the same people you see in the village every day. We talk about the crops, the soil, and the tools we need. Sometimes we meet on the porch and just figure things out. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. The name Rayreshwar means a lot to us because it’s part of our local identity. We try to help each other when things get tough with the weather or the market. It’s not always easy but we prefer working this way. Having a house number as an address shows you exactly who we are. We are just neighbors looking out for one another. There is always something to do on the farm so we don't spend much time inside. We just want to keep our traditions going and make sure the land stays productive for the next generation of farmers in our village. It is a simple life for us here.
