Rajyogkrushi Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at House No-546 in Aundh, which is part of the Koregoan area. Amar Maruti Deshmukh is the one who handles a lot of the coordination from there. Aundh is a place where everyone is pretty much connected to the ground in one way or another. We set this company up so we could have a better way to manage what we grow. It’s not a corporate office with air conditioning; it’s a home and a workplace combined. You’ll usually find someone sitting on the porch talking about the market rates. We grow our crops and then we figure out the logistics. It is a lot of work, and sometimes things don’t go according to plan.
