We are based in the village of Amrutwadi in Pachwad, which is over in the Satara district. Our specific spot is House 281 in Tal-Wai. It’s a very local operation. Most of us are from the same few families in this area. We started this producer company to help manage the agro work around here. Satara is famous for its hills and farms, and we are right in the thick of it. The office is just a small space we use to keep the books in order. It’s not very fancy, just some plastic chairs and a wooden table. We spend most of our time out in the fields or talking to people at the local market. It’s a simple way of living.
