Nehayush Agro Private Limited

We are Nehayush Agro Private Limited, and you can find us in Adarki Khurd, which is a small place in the Phaltan taluka. Specifically, we operate out of the home of Sitaram Maruti Kachare in Hanmantwadi. It is a typical rural setup here in Satara district. We are mostly focused on agriculture because that is what everyone in Adarki knows. We aren't a big corporation with a high-rise building. Our office is basically a room in Sitaram’s house where we keep our registers and talk to the local farmers. The roads around here can be a bit rough, and during the rainy season, it gets quite muddy, but that’s just part of life in the village. We started this agro company to help manage the farming business better. Everyone in the family and the neighbors helps out when it is time to plant or harvest. We don't use big words or have a complicated way of working. It is about the soil, the water, and getting the crops to grow well. Sometimes the crops don't do as well as we hoped, and we have to figure out why. We spend a lot of time sitting on the porch discussing the weather and the market. It is a slow-paced life compared to the city, but there is always something that needs fixing or someone who needs help with their land. We just want to keep the farm going and make sure the next generation has something good to work with.
