Natha Patil Agro Processing Private Limited

Our place is at H 10 in Nandal, which is in the Phaltan taluka of the Satara district. We are mainly focused on agro processing. This means we take what comes off the local farms and do the basic cleaning and packing right here before it moves on. The facility is not huge, but it is enough for the work we do. Phaltan is a good area for agriculture, so we have plenty of work throughout the year. Most of the staff comes from the nearby houses in Nandal village. We have some machines for the processing part, and they make a lot of noise when they are running at full speed. We spend our mornings setting everything up and then we work until the sun goes down. Sometimes we have to stay quite late if a big shipment of grain arrives unexpectedly. It is dusty work, as you can imagine with all the grain and other farm products being moved around. We don't have a big corporate structure or any fancy titles; it is more like a family-run thing where everyone knows their specific job. Keeping the quality decent and the machines running without too many breakdowns is our main goal. The roads around here can be a bit rough for the heavy trucks, especially during the rainy season, so that is something we always have to plan for. We have been here for a bit and like it.
