You can find us over in Pingali Bk, which is part of the Man Taluka in Satara. Our main spot is at Sahebrao Mahadeo Jagadale’s place. We are a bunch of local farmers who decided to start Kisan Sarthi Agrotech Farmers Producer Company Limited. The weather here in Satara can be a bit unpredictable, so we figured working as a group would be better than trying to do everything solo. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a room where we sit down and talk about seeds, fertilizers, and where to sell our stuff. Sometimes the meetings go on for a long time because everyone has a different opinion on how to do things. We try to help each other out with equipment when someone is short. It’s a very practical arrangement. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to get a fair price for what we grow. Most of us have been farming since we were kids, so we know the land around Pingali pretty well. It's quiet out here compared to the big cities. We spend most of our time out in the fields rather than sitting behind a desk. If you come looking for us, you'll probably find us near the post office or out by the crops. It's a simple life, and we like keeping the business side of it simple too. We're just trying to make it work.
