Kikali Global Agro Farmers Producercompany Limited is based at Ravindra Dharmaji Jadhav’s property, Milkat No 93, in Tal-Wai. Satara is a beautiful place, but farming here takes a lot of effort and patience. We are just a group of local people who wanted to do something for ourselves. We don't have any big corporate backers or fancy consultants. It’s just us sitting around a wooden table trying to figure out how to get our produce to market without losing too much money. The name sounds a bit big, but we are a small operation at heart. We spend most of our time dealing with the actual earth—planting, weeding, and watching the sky for rain. Our office is just a room with some chairs and a desk where we keep the ledger. It’s usually a bit messy with papers and samples of whatever we are growing. We don't have time for polished speeches or mission statements. We just care about whether the harvest is good and if everyone is doing their part. It’s an honest way to live, even if it is a bit rough around the edges. We know our neighbors and they know us. If someone has a problem with their crop, they come over and we talk it out. It’s simple, direct, and focused on the work we’ve been doing for years. We do not try to be anything other than what we are.
