Kadsiddheshwar Farmers Producer Company Limited is run out of Suresh Gulchand Jadhav’s home in Jalgaon. We are part of the Koregaon area in Satara. Our group is made up of farmers who live right here in the neighborhood. We’ve all known each other for a long time, and our families have been farming this land for generations. We decided to start this company because we wanted to be able to buy things like seeds and tools as a group. It makes it a bit cheaper for everyone, which is important when money is tight. When we meet at Suresh’s place, we usually just sit around and talk about the weather and the crops over some tea. There isn't any big corporate boardroom or fancy office staff. We are all just regular people who work hard every day. Sometimes the rains in Satara aren't what we need, and the harvest doesn't come out great. That is when we really need each other to get through the season. We don't have anyone to write fancy speeches for us, and we don't try to make ourselves sound more important than we are. We are just farmers who want to make sure we can keep our land and look after our families. It is a simple, honest way to live, and we are proud to be doing it together.
