We started Hindmata Farmers Producer Companylimited because a bunch of us here in Nidhal needed a better way to handle things. Our spot is right at 287 Near Grampanchayat, Nidhal, Satarasatara415502, so people usually find us without much trouble. Satara is a good place for farming, but it has its challenges like anywhere else. We spend most of our time out in the fields or talking to the other farmers around the village. It isn't a fancy setup. Just some desks and a lot of paperwork to keep track of what everyone is growing. Sometimes the weather doesn't go our way and that makes the work harder, but we just keep going. We don't have a big marketing team. It is just us trying to make sure the crops get where they need to go and that everyone gets a fair shake. You can usually find someone at the office during the day, unless we are all out helping with a harvest. People stop by to chat about seed prices or the rain. It’s a local thing, run by people who actually live here and know the soil. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. Just a group of folks from Satara working together to keep the farms running. It’s a lot of long hours and dusty boots, but that is just how life is around here. We handle the business side so the farmers can focus on the dirt. It isn't always easy, but we just keep our heads down and work hard.
