Golden Days Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Satara, specifically in the Godoli area. We are in Thakkar City, at Flat No.G-7/40/1 P.N.3. It might seem a bit strange for a farmer company to be in a flat, but it works for us. Satara is a beautiful place, especially after the monsoon, and being in Godoli puts us right where we need to be. The flat is small, but it’s enough space to keep our records and meet with people. We spent many years working the soil before we decided to get organized this way. Now, we spend our mornings checking on things in the fields and our afternoons sitting at the small table in the flat. You can see the hills from the window if the day is clear. We don't have any secretaries or big reception areas. When the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. Usually, it’s another farmer coming by to talk about seeds or water. We’ve known each other for years, so the atmosphere is very casual. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. It is a slow and steady process, building this up. We take things one day at a time, making sure the paperwork is sorted and the plans for the next season are ready. It is just simple work for a regular life here.
