Bagade Maharaj Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are the Bagade Maharaj Farmer Producer Company Limited, and we are located in Wathar, which is in the Karad Taluka. Our main spot is at House Number 08, which belongs to Gajanan S. Kondubhairy. It’s a regular house in a regular village, nothing too special to look at from the outside. But inside, we are always busy trying to keep the company running. Karad is a big area for agriculture, and being in Wathar keeps us close to the action. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of farming—buying supplies, checking on the crops, and talking to the other members. It isn't a glamorous job by any means. There is a lot of dust and sweat involved. We don't have a big team of experts. We are just a few local guys who know the land and want to do things a bit differently. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, and we have to spend hours at the table in Gajanan’s house trying to sort it out. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound more important than we are. We are just farmers who started a company. That is the long and short of it. People come by when they have a problem or when they have something to sell. We just take things as they come and try to keep moving. It’s a long road but we stay on it.
