Our office for Asg India Agro Producer Company Limited is tucked away in Satara, specifically at Flat D-304 in Kasliwalmarvel West. It’s a quiet enough spot which helps when we need to sit down and figure out the farming schedules and producer details. Satara is a good place for an agro company because you are never too far from the actual fields. We spend a lot of our time talking to the people who grow things and trying to organize everything from this flat. It isn't a huge building with glass walls, just a regular place where we get our work done. Sometimes we are out on the road more than we are in the office, but this is our main base. We started this because we saw a need for a local producer company that actually understands the land here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, we just want to do right by the people we work with around Satara. The paperwork can get a bit much at times, but that is part of the job. We keep a simple routine. Usually, coffee or tea is on the desk while we go through the accounts and the farmer lists. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just local folks doing agro business. It is a humble space but we get things done.
